What we process, and why
Berth request form
When you submit the berth form we receive: your name, phone number, e-mail (optional), arrival date, length of stay, boat length, boat name (optional), your note, and the language you used.
The sole purpose is to assess your request and get back to you — pre-contractual contact. It goes straight into the business's own admin panel; it is not used for marketing, not sold, and not shared with third parties.
IP address
To rate-limit form submissions against abuse, your IP address is held briefly in server memory only. It is never written to the database and is discarded when the window expires. No access logs are kept.
Analytics — Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Measurement starts ONLY if you choose “I accept” in the cookie banner: the default state is denied (analytics, ads, ad user data and personalisation are all off) and your IP address is sent to Google in masked form. If you decline, no analytics cookie is ever created.

We do NOT use advertising, retargeting, profiling or social media tracking cookies.
Fonts are served from our own server; opening the page sends no request to Google Fonts.

International transfers
Only if you allowed analytics, Google Analytics data is processed on Google servers abroad. If you decline, this transfer never happens.
External links
If you CLICK the WhatsApp or Instagram links on this site you move to that platform, where its own privacy policy applies. Nothing is sent to those platforms unless you click.
The location map at the bottom of the page comes from Google Maps and loads when you reach the footer; at that moment your IP address is sent to Google. We measured it: this map writes NO cookies to your browser. The “Get directions” button loads nothing until you click it.
How long we keep it
Your berth requests remain in the business's records after the request is settled, and are deleted when you ask for deletion. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for 1 year. Analytics data is subject to Google's own retention period.
Your rights
KVKK (Türkiye)
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you may: learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it is, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, request erasure or destruction, request that correction and erasure be notified to those third parties, object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
GDPR (European Union)
If you visit from the EU you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection; the right to withdraw your consent at any time; and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
